The second orientation program wrapped up on July 29th. The opening ceremony invited chairman Mr. Ma Liyang to attend and deliver a speech, encouraging new colleagues to implement the core value of the company culture, summarized as passion, virtue, innovation and sharing. About 30 new employees from headquarter in Beijing, branches in Gejiu, Jiangxi, Tangshan, and Shifang, gathered to study the history, culture, strategy, production techniques and environmental protection policy of the company for four days. At the end of the orientation, everyone had established friendships and a broadened knowledge. GreenNovo hopes to grow with every employee and witness their dreams come true.
