GreenNovo Environmental Technology CO., Ltd. 1.Technology Introduction
The whole process of GreenNovo’s core technology includes five parts: pyrometallurgical process, comprehensive hydrometallurgical recovery process, zinc casting and zinc alloy deep processing process, kiln slag comprehensive utilization process, and water treatment process. It can handle various metallurgical solid hazardous wastes in industries such as steel, non-ferrous metals, electroplating, and chemical industry, including steel fume, heavy metal-containing non-ferrous metal slag, electroplating sludge, etc., and can be used for the resource-based treatment and utilization of high-chlorine solid waste containing heavy metals.
The technology has developed a high-temperature enhanced reduction volatilization recovery process based on oxygen-enriched combustion. By regulating the oxygen-enriched atmosphere and excess air, it improves combustion efficiency and temperature stability in a high-temperature environment, enhances reduction efficiency, and achieves energy saving. It has developed a comprehensive non-ferrous metal recovery technology of “multi-stage countercurrent alkali washing to remove chlorine + stepwise impurity removal + multi-stage selective recovery”. The chlorine removal rate is >99%, and multiple impurities are removed to achieve efficient stepwise recovery of more than 10 metals/non-metals such as zinc, indium, germanium, cesium, gallium, lead, cadmium, tin, bismuth, and iodine. For the secondary wastewater pollution control in the recovery process, a separation and purification technology of triple-effect evaporation + continuous freezing crystallization is developed. Coupled with oxidation to analyze iodine and air blowing to extract iodine technology, industrial recovery of cesium sulfate and iodine with a purity of ≥95% from steel fume is achieved for the first time internationally, filling the gap in the recovery of iodine from steel fume internationally.
Compared with similar technologies, this technology has characteristics such as diversified raw materials, diversified products, full-process green environmental protection, and efficient and circular operation of the system. It has advantages such as high recovery efficiency of zinc-containing fume, large treatment scale, high extraction efficiency of valuable elements, and zero discharge of waste residue and wastewater. It is currently a relatively ideal method for resource-based recovery of steel fume.

 

2.Technology Advantages
Relying on its independently developed core patented technology with complete intellectual property rights – “pyrometallurgical enrichment – hydrometallurgical impurity removal – multi-stage coupling integrated processing technology for graded extraction”, combined with independently designed comprehensive utilization equipment for industrial waste resources, GreenNovo takes heavy metal-containing solid hazardous waste such as steel fume and non-ferrous metal smelting slag as raw materials and extracts various valuable elements such as zinc, indium, gallium, germanium, rubidium, cesium, lead, cadmium, bismuth, tin, etc., as well as industrial products such as iron concentrate powder, reduced iron powder, and anhydrous sodium sulfate.
